Here is my humble harp hospital – a perfect place for a lovely little harp to heal. I’ve been doing harp rehab for a friend’s lap harp this week, bringing this beauty back up to pitch and teaching her to make music again. She’s been stowed in a closet for many years, which is the last thing on earth a harp wants.

But guess what? With daily tuning and morning sessions of music by the hummingbird feeder, she’s alive again. She’s got so much music in her!

Friends, it doesn’t take much: a little care, a little encouragement, a breath of fresh air, and a song or two.

There is always a way to feel better. Please don’t forget – what works for harps works for US!
